MANAGER / DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, INDUSTRY & MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT What the role is: As part of LTAβs manpower development team, you will play a key role in shaping the future workforce for the land transport sector.
Key responsibilities: - Analyse and monitor trends in the local land transport manpower landscape, including demographic shifts and macro-economic shifts to guide strategic planning.
- Collect and synthesize manpower data from various stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to review business and work processes for better productivity.
- Develop a sectoral manpower roadmap, looking into new jobs and/or evolving skills requirements for transport jobs impacted by AVs, AI, digitalisation as well as aging workforce.
