What the role is
You are responsible to oversee the condition of Civil and Architectural (Permanent Way) assets of one of a MRT or LRT line in Singapore. You will assist senior colleagues and the rail operator to investigate defects, propose remedial plan, evaluate asset refurbishment, enhancement or renewal proposals to improve the condition, durability and maintainability of assets under your charge. You will assist senior colleagues in reviewing the design of new infrastructures, in inducting new technology solutions for maintenance of infrastructures and asset management.
What you will be working on 1. Provide Operations & Management (O&M) and Life Cycle Management inputs on Architectural and Civil (Pway) Assets of new and existing MRT/LRT lines to achieve optimal maintainability and cost-effective support for the assets. 2.
