Key functions include dashboard development, automation tool creation, fulfilling data requests, and exploring AI-powered analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs for public transport operations.
   

• Automate data processing and reporting using VBA macros and Python scripts.
