What the role is MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, LAND
What you will be working on - Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
- Provide advice and recommendations on land‑related matters, including budgeting, cost management, compliance with regulatory policies and development guidelines, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed.
- Work with government agencies, statutory boards, and key stakeholders to resolve land‑related matters, negotiate outcomes, and advance project objectives.
- Utilise Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyse, and visualise spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
