We have an opportunity for an **LSS Process Automation Project Manager m/f/d** to join us at Honeywell, in **Warsaw** , where you execute LSS Projects in Poland (and neighboring countries as needed) to deliver best in class solutions to meet customer expectations and within estimated financial performance. Lead the skills development, information sharing and project management discipline necessary to the deliver Projects in a timely manner at planned gross margins or higher in the region.

This role is on a hybrid schedule, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

**Key responsibilities**

+ Overall responsibility for managing Projects in Poland (and neighboring countries as needed) from opportunity development stage to handing over the project successfully to customer.
+ Ensures delivery of projects on time, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
+ Maintains customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues.
