Job Summary

To support clergy and lay leaders in Larger Single Parishes (LSPs) to adapt to a more collaborative and sustainable models of missional ministry, through which lay people are equipped, released, and confident in using their gifts for mission.

You will work in partnership with colleagues in a Ministry Leadership Development sub team chaired by the Ministry, Learning and Development Lead.
