Protocol Education is working closely with BS3 schools to find caring, reliable and flexible Learning Support Staff who genuinely love helping children thrive. This includes Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEND support staff and intervention specialists who enjoy making a difference beyond the front of the classroom. At Protocol Education, we pride ourselves on placing support staff into both long- and short-term roles that suit their experience and availability.

You’ll be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working one-to-one or in small groups, helping children build confidence, stay engaged and feel supported in their learning.
