Starting Rate: $27.25 - $31.75 - Based on Experience Shift Differential and Weekend Differential available!!!! Sign-On BONUS - Earn up to $5,000

Manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and delegates/supervises resident care. Administers medications/treatments on the assigned unit

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor in all aspects of resident care to ensure continuity of resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting changes to the RN or attending physician promptly
• Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care, catheter care, and tube feedings
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
