Position Summary
The Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily clinical operations, and promoting exceptional resident outcomes. This leadership role works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment.
