Job Description

The LPN is responsible for delivering nursing service duties, in accordance with Healthcare Provider orders while providing oversight to the resident care and Medication Management Program in accordance with healthcare provider orders, state regulations and SRG policies.

Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at SRG you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on the LPN to provide compassionate care.
