Position Overview
SCOPE OF ROLE :
Coordinate all medical/psychiatric care and medications for residents ensuring proper documentation, follow-up and regulatory compliance. Assist with hands-on training of residential staff to ensure this compliance is ongoing and current. Secondary responsibilities include resident care and oversight in ADL's. The scope of the unique nursing practice uses the framework necessary to ensure safe and competent nursing care involving each person and their circle of support.
