LPN-PRN- Behvioral Health
Horizon Health, in partnership with Great Plains Regional Medical Center, in Elk City, OK is seeking a PRN LPN for our 12-bed, geriatric inpatient behavioral health program.Under the supervision and/or direction of the Staff Nurse or Charge Nurse, the psychiatric Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery of nursing care consistent with the treatment plan. Additionally, he/she is responsible for concise documentation for an assigned group of patients.
Responsibilities:
Restore and promote patient’s health by completing the nursing process
Observe patients and reports/records their medical and physical condition appropriately 
Attend to patient personal needs (oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.) as required
Assist with ambulating and lifting patients as needed
