Under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, and in accordance with approved policies and procedures, provides quality care in an effort to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. EDUCATION: Minimum: • Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing. LICENSE: Minimum: • Current NYS LPN license. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through RQI; must obtain within 90 days of hire WORK EXPERIENCE: Preferred: • Previous physician office experience preferred.
