**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

LPN Hospice In-Patient Unit / 12 Week Night Shift Assignment

+ Provide nursing care to multiple patients in a hospice in-patient setting.
+ Provide care and education to patients and their caregivers.
+ $25.00 per hour paid weekly
+ Work 2, 12 hour shifts per week
+ Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

**Job Requirements**

+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
+ Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
+ One year of LPN nursing experience required.
