Position Overview
General Summary
Under the supervision of a RN or provider, the LPN uses sound nursing judgment in the provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care teams to implement the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ Currently in last semester of or graduated from an accredited LPN program.
+ Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to problem-solve.
+ Critical thinking skills and judgment necessary in the delivery of patient care.
+ Knowledge about the care of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
+ Exceptional customer service skills.
+ Basic computer knowledge.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
