Summit Home Care and Hospice is searching for an experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Hours: Monday - Friday; Standard Business Hours & Occasional On-Call Rotation
• Pay Rate: $28.00 - $31.00 per Hour
• Location: Groveport, OH & Surrounding Areas
• Expected Travel: ~30 Mile Radius (Mileage Reimbursement)
• Work Setting: On the Road for Patient Visits & Training at the Local Office or Remotely
