**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**What qualifications you will need:**

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ IV Therapy must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
+ (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
+ Certificate
