LPN Crisis Care Role

What You Should Know About the LPN Crisis Care Role:

This is a driving position serving the Dayton and Springfield area. Will have to travel during visits based on the needs of patients. This is a full-time position with the hours of 8am-8pm. Holiday and weekend rotation required. In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside-these patients are actively declining. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

The LPN Crisis Care Essential Duties Are:

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
