You start your morning reviewing the dispatch board and mapping out your service calls across Euclid. First stop: a fire alarm panel reporting a supervisory trouble. You isolate the issue, verify device integrity, and bring the panel back to compliant operation. Next, you pivot to a camera outage, tracing a power issue and restoring video. Throughout the day, you document each step, keep dispatch and your Service/Inspection Manager in the loop, and make sure customers understand how to operate their systems before you leave.
