Position Overview
1. 负责所辖楼层的日常运营管理,包括人员调度、服务监督、现场巡检及突发事件协调处理;
2. 组织落实楼层各项服务标准与安全规范,确保营业秩序、环境卫生、设施设备运行符合管理要求;
3. 完成上级交办的其他与楼层管理相关的工作任务。
1. 学历不限,有同岗位工作经验者优先,接受晋升;
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队管理能力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
3、熟悉国际品牌客房清扫工作内容及流程。
