Develop and update a comprehensive safety management system in accordance with local laws, regulations, and company policies; promote the implementation of safety procedures in operations and ensure control measures are enforced. Formulate emergency response plans and measures for various operational incidents, establish emergency response teams and safety committees, and ensure safe business operations.
Based on business development needs, build and improve the loss‑prevention management system; use data management, investigations and audits, process improvements, and security‑company management to prevent company asset losses.
Investigate all types of abnormal incidents, produce investigation reports, define corrective actions for identified risks and vulnerabilities, and verify the results of these corrective measures.
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of all on‑site safety equipment and surveillance systems.
