Long‑Term Care LPN position providing compassionate nursing care for residents during night shifts. This 13‑week assignment is located near Prescott, Arizona and offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to long‑term care residents during night shifts.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status, treatments, and medications.
• Execute IV therapy procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

• Completed LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Valid LPN license in Arizona.
• BLS certification.
• IV certification.
