We are looking for a high-impact, idea-driven Creative Director to lead long‑form content for a fast‑growing personal brand and a premium brokerage platform. This is not a typical content role – you will own the narrative, shape storytelling at scale, and build a content engine across YouTube, editorial platforms and campaign‑level storytelling.
What You’ll Be Responsible For - Develop and execute a long‑form content strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Script, produce, and oversee high‑quality long‑form videos (documentaries, vlogs, deep‑dives, event coverage)
- Build and manage a structured editorial calendar with a consistent publishing cadence
- Lead creative direction across campaigns, ensuring strong visual and messaging consistency
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
