Cook Lead
The Cook Lead is responsible for providing direction to the cooks on the production of all assigned menu items, ensuring that they are being completed in an efficient and consistent manner while following Legends’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Follows Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and/or Culinary Supervisors assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
