Job Description
Coordinate and manage local freight forwarders in Malaysia, arrange full process including booking, trucking, customs declaration, and customs clearance
Plan local transportation (land delivery / last-mile delivery), optimize cost and transit time
Liaise with customs authorities, handle import/export declaration, inspection, and license application
Prepare and review import/export documents (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.)
Coordinate warehouse receiving and shipping processes, resolve logistics-related issues
Track logistics costs and supplier performance, continuously improve service quality

Requirements
Education: Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
Experience: 3+ years in logistics management roles
Language: Able to work in Chinese, English, and Malay
