This includes the management and administration of the company’s fleet and the departments associated functions. The role involves supervising the implemented strategies for the movement of goods, inventory control, and coordination of transportation and distribution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Drive the company's values and leadership principles, ensuring alignment across the business.
2. Manage drivers, assistants, and forklift drivers, coordinating shift rosters and addressing personnel shortages.
