Responsibilities

• Ensure retail locations stay stocked, organised, and guest‑ready by processing daily stock and replenishing the sales floor
• Stock shelves, displays, and fixtures in a neat, visually appealing way
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
• Unpack, sort, price, and record new merchandise accurately
• Participate in shop floor moves and maintain strong merchandise presentation
• Check incoming deliveries, report discrepancies, and organise backstock in designated storage areas
• Support inventory control tasks including cycle counts, stock takes, transfers, and damaged merchandise processing
