Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate and manage national and international freight (air, ocean, and ground), including quotation, booking, and execution.Follow up on assigned logistics operations from shipment origin to plant delivery, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and on-time performance.Proactively communicate any logistics or customs-related deviations, risks, or delays to internal stakeholders to support timely decision-making.Review, validate, and manage foreign trade documentation for import and export operations (, customs entries, value declarations, supporting spreadsheets), ensuring regulatory compliance.Register and administer import and export transactions in the customs inventory control system (Annex – PRISMA).Participate in internal and external audits, simulations, and annual risk assessments related to Supply Chain Security programs (OEA / CTPAT).Verify that carriers and logisti...
