Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1.Ensure stable material and information flow to meet production takt time requirements: Coordinate overall waste recycling and disposal, equipment maintenance, packaging, warehousing and shipment, chemical/PPE/hazardous waste management, raw material transportation planning, internal logistics transportation and tooling fabrication.

确保物料与信息流的稳定，以满足生产节拍要求：协调整体废弃物回收与处置、设备维护、包装、仓储与发运、化学品/PPE/危废管理、原材料运输计划、厂内物流运输及工装制作。

2.Lean Improvement & Financial Contribution ：Lead value stream analysis, identify wastes such as transportation, waiting, inventory and motion, drive waste elimination projects, and deliver annual financial contribution targets.

精益改善与财务贡献：主导价值流分析，识别运输、等待、库存、动作等浪费，推动消除浪费的项目，并达成年度财务贡献目标。
