as a Logistics Scheduler
This role carries a high level of responsibility and requires an organised person who is able to plan efficiently, will engage well within the team and has the ability to provide clear communication out to the wider stakeholders involved.
Engage with the Planning team and Enablers to ascertain workload and requirements to prioritise jobs both on a planned and reactive basis.Plan and allocate collection and delivery tasks to our Support Drivers with the appropriate skill set and their respective operating geography through Salesforce (system).Plan job for works preparation (SLG, cone offs and letter drop) using Salesforce to ensure all materials and equipment are delivered to the correct address and are set up ahead of the start of works.Job details should be fully compliant with all traffic management / streetworks legislation to avoid any fixed penalty notices/permit fin...
