Logistics / Procurement Coordinator – PCV Mexico Monterrey, Actual Leon. English - Business Conversation Level. This role supports the Monterrey, Mexico office and is part of the North America regional logistics and purchasing activities, with cross-functional collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities

• Releasing purchase orders to suppliers in line with Purchase requisitions in a timely manner
• Expediting order acknowledgements from suppliers
• Developing suppliers within Mexico for sourcing bought items, fabrication parts, and casting & forging parts
• Floating RFQs to suppliers with detail scope of supply including drawings and inspection/test plans
• Negotiating with suppliers on cost, delivery, payment terms and Incoterms; price agreements for long-term relationships
• Cost savings by sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers for best cost and lead times
