Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory and equipment.
Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly, or prevent it from even occurring.
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief summary to the Management.
Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting back up examples which can improve the workflow and increase profit margins within the organisation.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, this includes a proper onboarding documentation process for all departments (Operational Handbook).
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
Requirements
5.5 work days per week, OT when necessary.
(Mon to Fridays): 9am to 6pm.
(Saturdays): 9am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays....
