Job summary

The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities within the plantation, packing and distribution processes. This role ensures smooth workflow between production, logistics and sales teams maintaining quality, efficiency and consistency in supply operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for planting, harvesting, packing and delivery.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with MyGAP and company standards.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Track inventory levels of fresh produce, packaging materials and farm inputs.
• Assist in planning and scheduling manpower, transportation and delivery routes.
