Position Overview
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers for timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, permits, etc.)
- Track shipments and resolve delays or issues
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain logistics records and generate reports
- Oversee loading/unloading and proper handling of goods
- Support procurement and supply chain activities
- Implement safety and quality standards in logistics operations
