Boland Cellar, situated in the picturesque Paarl area, is a leading brand in the local and international wine industry. The company currently has an exciting career opportunity available to join their management team. The incumbent will report to the CEO .

Responsibilities:

• Plan bottling function according to lead times of packaging material and wine preparation
• Manage bottling schedule
• Manage relationship with bottling service provider
• Manage relationships with dry goods suppliers
• Coordinate dry goods / packaging material: orders, adherence to technical specifications, stock control and quality control
• Act as liaison between clients and bottling service provider
• Coordinate rework process
• Maintain minimum stock levels
• Ensure that labels adhere to regulatory requirements
