- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, stock transfers, and order fulfillment to meet business and customer requirements.
- Oversee inventory management activities including stock accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO standards.
- Manage relationships and performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses, and co-packers to ensure agreed service levels.
