Mô tả công việc: Job description- Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
- Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
- Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
- Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
- Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
- Managing a team of four members
Requirement:- From 30~40
- Upper Intermediate English level
- At least 3 years of experience as a Leader
- Working experience in Logistics/warehouse
- Good communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
