Media Ministry is a Christian bookstore. We seek to equip, provide resources and assist churches and mission organisations around the region to help fulfil the Great Commission. Responsibilities: 1. Provides support to the Logistics Operations for incoming shipment/deliveries by assisting the Logistics Supervisor in managing incoming imports/shipments, including: Monitors purchase orders against shipment schedules Handles incoming goods receipt documentation & process, including related financial processes and damaged goods & claim processes Handles quality control and damaged goods claims process Shrink wrapping and display 2. Handles outgoing local deliveries/export: Assists in the fulfillment and packing of sales orders Manages the outgoing local deliveries with other logistics companies/platform Handles outgoing overseas shipments via freight forwarder/courier companies Handles Consignment returns/Purchase returns/Sales returns and related documentation 3.
