Your role in our team:
To co-ordinate and arrange courier / sea freight / airfreight shipment to ensure timely deliveriesResponsible for generating necessary documents for domestic and international shipments such as packing lists, proforma invoice, work instruction etc. Coordinate for packing and packers’ arrangement and execution on weekly basis in accordance to the shipment scheduleArrange transport and coordinate for finished goods movement to / from external warehouse Planning for fumigation process before shipmentMonitor stock level and stock replenishment for packing material and palletTo fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superiorAuthority: To book outgoing shipments where not FOB Your profile:
