Position Overview
Shipping Assistant - Salary: SGD 2,300 - 3,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm
- Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)
Job Requirements - Relevant working experience
- Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures
Job Responsibilities - Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
- Coordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e., cargo pick up, shipping marks)
- Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
- Resolve any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
