Stella-Jones is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation operations at our Prince George facility. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, manage railcar documentation, and work directly with production teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills will be key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping of poles and rail ties via rail and truck
• Manage railcar schedules and associated paperwork
• Prepare shipping documentation and record keeping
• Enter shipping information into SAP accurately
• Monitor order progress and potential shipping constraints
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in logistics or transportation
• Relevant post-secondary education in logistics is preferred
