This role requires you to manage outbound shipments of poles and rail ties, scheduling trucks and railcars according to customer requirements. You will also collaborate closely with production to make certain that shipments meet deadlines and manage relevant shipping documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate outbound shipments via truck and rail
• Schedule trucks and railcars for timely shipping
• Order and manage railcar movements and paperwork
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading
• Enter shipment information into SAP and maintain records
Requirements:
