White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Commercial Division is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth flow of fleet operation and controlling the vehicle fleet for inbound and outbound transport.

• Create logistics schedule based on upcoming delivery notes
• Plan material movement based on vehicle fleet
• Schedule deliveries to different locations to ensure optimum vehicle usage and minimize multiple trips
• Coordinate deliveries between Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain locations
• Minimize outsourcing of transportation through effective planning and scheduling
• Monitor driver schedules using GPS and Gate Pass records (OUT/IN/Trip Duration, etc.)
• Analyze and optimize logistical procedures
• Handle admin works related to logistics
