Position Overview

Your Job
Act in the financial and operational control of logistics to ensure governance across freight, payments and packaging. You will focus on operational discipline, data accuracy, on‑time execution and continuous improvement to keep logistics costs predictable and compliant.
Our Team
You will work within the Logistics/Finance area, partnering closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Commercial and Transportation teams. The team emphasizes operational rigor, data quality and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Analyze and process invoices and CT‑e (electronic transport documents) for inbound, return and transfer shipments.
Ensure payments are made on time and match negotiated values to avoid fines and rework.
Maintain continuous follow‑up with carriers and logistics suppliers to reduce outstanding documentation.
Execute and improve cost provision processes to ensure financial predictability.
