**Job Description**

Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
 Plan shipment – forecast, scheduling, and coordination
 Coordinating with shipping agent on customs clearance and documentation
 Prepare export documentation including exhibits/certificates
 Initiate PI count – weekly/monthly/yearly
 PI count reconciliation and JDE update
 Permits / Licenses – NoaH, Poison, LMW, Skim Milk, Bank Guarantee
 Monthly Customs report (M1, M2, M4, Sub Con)
