Job Description

• Supervises warehouse/depot and handles personnel
• Process overall in-bound and out-bound logistics of the warehouse
• Receives supplies and ensure accuracy of document record to the actual
• Reviews quality & accuracy (quantity & type) of received items
• Properly store received inventories on warehouse and proper filing of documents
• Monitor rate of usage of essential items, to be used for forecasting analysis
• Monitor inventory level of inventoriable and non-inventoriable items
• Liaise production and shipment schedule
• Planning, scheduling & monitoring the timely arrival of procured goods
• Proper filing & relay of purchase related documents retrieved from suppliers
• Process outlets orders, prepare goods and generate DR.
• Schedule and plans delivery route for material & document transit
