Oversee 3PL warehouse and transportation operations to ensure accurate, on‑time, and cost‑efficient delivery while maintaining quality and driving warehouse automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role:
Warehouse Operations
Manage inbound processes: receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage.
Oversee outbound planning to meet customer delivery commitments.
Monitor product availability and supervise pick–pack–ship activities.
Ensure correct loading, complete documentation, and damage-free execution.
Conduct stock counts and manage discrepancies (damaged/lost/found goods).
Automation & Improvement
Lead warehouse automation projects, including MCC Automation, HAI Robotics, and SEER AGV.
