The Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s end-to-end logistics operations while ensuring full compliance with Canadian and U.S. customs, export, and trade regulations. This role serves as the organization’s subject-matter authority for cross-border trade compliance and logistics strategy, ensuring efficient movement of materials and finished goods, minimizing duty and regulatory risk, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, customs authorities, and regulatory agencies. This position designs, implements, and manages the company’s trade compliance program, establishes internal controls and SOPs, and drives continuous improvement across logistics, transportation, and compliance processes. Through strategic leadership, this role enhances operational efficiency, mitigates risk, improves service performance, and strengthens the company’s competitive position.
