A well-established company dealing in the agricultural, construction and event hire has a vacancy for a Logistics and Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding offices based in Ceres.

POSITION INFO:
The main purpose of the position is to manage and optimize all logistics, servicing operations and staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, cost control and a strong team performance.
Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain
• 5 years plus in logistics, operations, or fleet management
• Experience managing teams in labour-intensive environments
• Must reside in Ceres
• Good communication and conflict management
• Financial awareness and cost control
• Knowledge of fleet and route management systems (advantageous)
