Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound tracking, receiving, storage, outbound shipments, and returns of finished goods and spare parts
Track inbound shipments from factories and suppliers, resolve delivery issues, and drive process improvements
Coordinate with shipping, warehousing, and transportation partners to deliver agreed service and performance levels
Work closely with inventory planning, customer service, and field teams to resolve inventory availability and logistics challenges
Operate and manage reverse logistics processes for returned systems, instruments, accessories, and spare parts
